Subject: Flexible project (P-flex) – Minimal housing

Design of a minimal area residential unit for student housing, whithin a maximum internal volume of 63m³. Enphasis on furniture ergonomy, building systems that allow for easy and fast execution, and sustainable materials. Organize the units into building complexes that adapt to different topographies and that could be installed in any university campus or research field. The design basis is the modular arrangement of the metallic structure and floor slabs, inspired by traditional oriental spaces moduled by the “tatame” dimensions.
